Weekly Pack Reward Challenge

The Weekly Pack Reward Challenge gives registered LETSGO users the opportunity to earn one free reward pack each week.

How it works

1.Make your first eligible paid pack purchase during the weekly challenge. This unlocks your reward pack at the starting tier.
2.Open additional eligible paid packs before the weekly timer ends to add Fire and improve the tier of that same reward pack.
3.When the weekly timer ends, your final reward tier is locked.
4.Claim your one reward pack during the 24-hour collection window shown in the app.
Your reward can only improve during the week. Once you reach a tier, it will not move down.

What counts toward the challenge?

After your first eligible paid pack purchase, each additional eligible paid pack open can add Fire to your challenge progress.
Free packs, reward packs, and virtual pack opens do not unlock the challenge and do not add Fire. Purchases confirmed after the weekly timer has ended do not count toward that week's challenge.

Important things to know

•You can claim one reward pack per weekly challenge.
•The weekly timer is shared by all participants. If you join later in the week, you will have the remaining time shown in the app.
•The timer does not pause or extend.
•When the timer ends, progress stops and your final tier is locked for that week.
•You must claim the reward within the 24-hour collection window. If it is not claimed before that window closes, the reward may expire.
•A new challenge begins on its normal schedule, even if a previous reward has not been claimed.

If your challenge progress, final tier, or reward claim does not look right, contact LETSGO Support with the email address linked to your account and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or identity-document images in chat.
