What Happens if the App Crashes During a Purchase?

We have a Recovery Mode to protect you from technical glitches. If your app crashes or you lose connection after you have paid for a pack but before the opening animation has finished, you will not lose your money or the pack.

The system will automatically detect the incomplete transaction and issue a full refund to your wallet. You can then attempt to purchase the pack again.
