I was charged twice for the same purchase
If you see two identical charges on your bank statement for a single purchase, one of them is likely a "pending authorization" rather than a completed charge.
When you make a purchase, your bank places a temporary hold on the funds to ensure the transaction can be completed. Occasionally, a display error on your bank's end can make this hold look like a second charge. These pending authorizations typically disappear and the funds are released back to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
If both charges fully settle and post to your account, please contact our support team with your email address, the date of the transaction, and the amount. We will investigate immediately and refund any genuine duplicate charges.
