Why was my card declined?
If your payment attempt was declined, it is usually due to a restriction placed by your bank or card issuer. LETSGO does not decline cards directly.
Common reasons for a declined payment:
- Insufficient funds: Ensure your card has enough available balance to cover the transaction.
- Incorrect details: Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV were entered correctly.
- Bank restrictions: Some banks automatically block online or international transactions for security reasons. You may need to call your bank and authorize payments to LETSGO.
- Expired card: Ensure your card has not passed its expiration date.
If you have verified all the above and your card is still being declined, we recommend trying a different payment method or contacting your bank for further assistance.
