Navigating the App
The LETSGO app is designed to be simple and intuitive. The main navigation is centered around the Packs Tab, which is the first screen you see when you open the app. Packs Tab: This is your home screen. Here you can browse different categories of packs (like Pokémon or Basketball), see the latest featured packs in the main carousel, and view key details like price and max value. When you first open the LETSGO app, you are automatically signed in as a Guest User. This allows you to start exploring, buying, and opening packs right away without needing to create an account. Guest Account Features: Your username will be automatically assigned (e.g., "Guest1234"). You can browse all available packs. You can add funds to your wallet and purchase packs. When you are ready to create a permanent account or sign in to an existing one, you have three easy and secure options. You can start the sign-in process by tapping the "Sign In" button in your Profile menu. Sign in with Google: Tap the "Sign in with Google" button and select your Google account. To sign out of your account: Navigate to your Profile tab. Tap on your account information (where your username and email are displayed). A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm that you want to sign out. Once you sign out, the app will revert to a clean Guest User state. Managing Your Profile
How to edit your username & Avatar
To personalize your profile: Go to the Profile tab. Tap the "Edit Profile" option. In the pop-up that appears, you can: Change your Avatar: Choose from one of the 9 available avatar options. Change your Username: Enter a new username. Usernames can be up to 10 characters long and can only contain letters and numbers. Our system includes a profanity filter. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data: Go to the Profile tab. Tap on Settings. Under the "Account" heading, you will find the Delete Account option. You will be asked to confirm this action. Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You can manage your payment methods directly from your profile. This allows for quick and easy wallet top-ups. Go to the Profile tab. Select the "Payment Methods" option. From here, you can: Add a Credit Card: Securely add a new credit or debit card. Use Apple Pay: Apple Pay is supported for quick checkouts. I was charged twice for the same purchase
If you see two identical charges on your bank statement for a single purchase, one of them is likely a "pending authorization" rather than a completed charge. When you make a purchase, your bank places a temporary hold on the funds to ensure the transaction can be completed. Occasionally, a display error on your bank's end can make this hold look like a second charge.
