My verification session expired. What do I do?
For security reasons, identity verification sessions expire if they are left inactive for a certain period of time.
If you started the verification process but closed the app or stepped away before finishing, your session link may no longer be valid.
To start a new session:
Simply return to the LETSGO app, navigate to the action you were trying to perform (such as cashing out or shipping), and tap the "Verify Identity" button again. This will generate a fresh, secure session for you to complete the process.
